Planning, managing and controlling working schedules, access control, compliance to regulations, safety, commercial and brand requirements.
Working with multiple law enforcement agencies, emergency services, private security and the military to deliver safe and secure villages.
• Overseeing retail project delivery within UK airport duty free lounges, St Pancras International Station and the Battersea power station re-development project.
• Project management of major asset renewal programmes and retail fit outs for Network Rail High Speed at St Pancras, Stratford and Ebbsfleet International stations.
• Project management of large office, control room and operational re-locations for Eurostar UK Ltd moving operations from Waterloo International to St Pancras International and overseeing transition of staff and operations into new depots for Govia Thameslink Railway.
